Linh Tran is a Senior Leadership Coach and Consultant with extensive global experience in individual, team, and organizational effectiveness. She is passionate about serving the wholeness of systems by creating transformative experiences that actualize human potential. Her global portfolio of work focuses on shaping leadership capabilities, launching future-ready teams, cultivating inclusive and equitable organizational cultures, enhancing employee engagement, and co-creating tangible solutions for mission driven organizations through its people, particularly in complex systems. She has a keen ability to get to the heart of the challenges and offer compassionate and pragmatic interventions to transform these challenges.
Linh previously served as an executive coach for the top 200 leaders at UNICEF, holding 1:1 coaching engagements, supervising peer coaching cohorts, and coaching teams of divisional leaders and Country Management Teams. Her portfolio of UN clients has included UNFCCC, UNOPS, UNFPA, the UN Secretariat, UNDP, UNJSPF, ICRC, UNHCR, University of Peace, UNOPS, World Bank Group, UNSSC, and the World Food Programme (WFP).
Linh holds a Masters in Intercultural and International Management from the SIT Graduate Institute as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources from George Mason University. She is an accredited ICF Coach, having been certified in Brain-Based Coaching®, Career Management Coaching, Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ Advanced), and 6 Team Conditions (Level 2). Linh has worked with numerous psychometric and multi-rating tools such as The Leadership Circle (TLC), MBTI, DISC, GlobeSmart, KLSI, CultureWizard, and various 360º feedback tools. She is currently based in the Washington DC area.
