Javier is a bilingual Executive Coach with 35+ years of expertise in people, organizational behavior, and change. He has coached leaders at IOM (UN Migration), FAO and is working with WFP through KITE in 2025. His career began in Buenos Aires in training and development, leading to a global HR role at Citibank, overseeing leadership programs across multiple regions.

He later held leadership positions at Tenaris and Mercer Consulting, managing talent strategies across diverse industries. At QBE Insurance, he led the People function for Latin America, driving transformation efforts. In 2017, he joined LHH, focusing on Talent, Change, and Career Coaching, where he discovered his passion for coaching.

Now based in Miami, Javier is an Executive and Career Coach specializing in leadership development and organizational results. He has extensive experience guiding transformations and working across cultures, recognizing the impact of geography, generation, industry, and organizational culture.

He coaches professionals at all levels, from new managers to CEOs, helping them unlock their potential. His process begins with clarifying goals, then crafting personalized strategies and actionable steps for success.

Born in Buenos Aires, Javier has lived on three continents and worked in 65+ countries. He holds two Master’s degrees (Industrial Engineering and Sociology). His formal coaching training took place at the Center for Coaching Certification, where he also teaches certification programs.

He holds a diploma in Social Psychology and certifications in multiple assessments, including Hogan, MBTI, PI, and viaEDGE.

Javier is a PCC-level member of the International Coaching Federation and affiliated with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. He volunteers as a coach and mentor for humanitarian organizations.

Javier is also proud of his personal affiliation with his family, co-created with his wife of 35 years, including 3 loved adult children (spread between Buenos Aires, New York, and Oahu). He is an avid reader and runner.
